1. Services Provided

TSMCO Logistics offers freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• • Prices exclude taxes, duties, and unforeseen accessorial charges
• • Fuel surcharges may apply and will be communicated separately

3. Shipping & Delivery

• • Transit times are estimates only
• • Customer must provide accurate shipment details
• • Dangerous goods require prior declaration

4. Liability

• • Maximum liability limited to $50/kg unless declared value is higher
• • Not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure
• • Cargo insurance recommended for high-value shipments

5. Payment Terms

• • Net 30 days from invoice date
• • 2% late fee applied monthly on overdue balances
• • Credit applications required for new customers

6. Claims

• • Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery
• • Shortage claims require POD signatures
• • Original documentation required for all claims

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by US laws.
